Gramen bank Founder Dr. Muhammad Yunus achieve USA highest award “Presidential Medal of Freedom”. USA President Barack Obama presented this award.
President Obama Said “Some people who helps all people by their merits we need to respect them selves”.This award is so honorable for of all Bangladeshi we honor Dr. Muhamad Unus for her achievement.
Dr. Muhammad Yunus Biography
Prof. Muhammad Yunus has born Bathua Gram in 28 July 1980. He passed her firs education life in her Village.
In 1957 he admitted in Dhaka University and in 1960 he passed BA.
In 1961 Yunus passed his MA.
In 1961 Yunus passed his MA.
After completed his Graduation Unus Joined Boro of Economics in Dhaka University.
In 1961 Muhammad Yunus joined Economy Department in Chittagong University
In 1965 Muhammad Yunus got Full Bright Scholarship and went USA.
In 1969 he achieved PhD degree in Economics.
Bangladeshi was and is a poor country. Most of our people live under poverty label. Poor people unable take lone form available bank. But Dr. Muhammad Yunus wants to help them. That why he tried but unable to do anything.For this reason he makes an police how poor people can be help. According to his theory he starts his mission.Activities In 1976 he gave lone some people of Jobra Village by a local Janata Bank.
After that in 2 October 1983 Dr. Muhammad Yunus start his final System that’s name is “Grameen Bank”. Dr. Muhammad Yunus help many more people, student by this bank and it still doing for poor people.

Dr. Muhammad Yunus achieve many awards for his works. He got 28 honorable Doctorte degrees.
In 2006 Dr. Muhammad Yunus got Nobel Prize in Peace.
Others international Awards are Ramon Magses award, World Food award, Sydney Peace award.
Awards from Bangladesh – president Award, Central bank Award, Independent day award.
